It is one of the worst IT companies to work in India. All senior managers are old and lazy.None of them is able to think out of the box. All are good in waiting for their monthly salary.That’s why it has got lots of attrition in the industry(may be more than 30%).All senior managers here are not from IT background it seems.The head who controls all IDUs is also a dumb it seems.At times he acts like a Hitler.:-)
There is no transparency in the working environment.Senior managers do lots of partiality when it comes to appraisal, They won’t check who does the actual work.etc.etc.I pity.
