Tech Mahindra I would say, is by far the worst company I have ever been in/worked in, and regretfully, the worst choice of decision in my entire 9 years of working experience in the IT industry, to ever venture into such a disgraceful company that truly disrespects and neglect their employees.
The HR is stupendously lazy and do not follow up nor adhere to your personal matters in terms of salary, as frequently and I would say just about always they would wrongfully credit a lower sum of value of your pay. When such matters of concern has been raised to them, they would, end of the day, bluntly put in a deaf ear upon the employees and we as employees have to constantly chase them on a regular basis for re-amendments.
The upper management does not appreciate nor recognize the work and effort that you put into your work, and there is no motivation nor encouragement from them as well.
So don’t bother about recognition, it`ll never happen as they would end of the day squeeze the living daylights out of you/squeeze your blood dry and they take you for granted.
The layoffs is true, as they would layoff a staff just in a blink of an eye, be it for the fact, on purpose or even they would find an excuse or a fault upon the staffs in order to terminate them or forcefully lay the employees off.
Management is just bad, and this applies on a overall perspective as the employees of Tech Mahindra are silently treated as dogs and are deemed expendable at any given time.
