A lady, (she was a baby just learning her ABCD, in terms of what she spoke with me regarding Cramer) from TechMahindra interviewed me for the position of CRAMER EXPERT( the job position is advertised

Well, after speaking to the lad(y) and the so called HR guy who is only interested in his beard.(I am sure he will remove his photo from LinkedIn. https://linkedin.com/profile/view?id=16874380&locale=en_US&trk=tyah2)
This is what I want to say about this interview.:
About me: I am Cramer Core Certified(more qualified and experienced than what is required in the advertised position), have worked on Cramer implementations for Tier-1 Telecom operators with
an impressive track record of four years in the OSS arena.
WHAT WENT ON AT THE TECH-MAHINDRA INTERVIEW:
The lad(y) asked me about my experience and then she started to say about herself with regard to her experience with Cramer. Why do interviewers talk too more than the interview-ee?
The lad(y) started with asking what I did on the projects.just for time pass. then she boasted about herself.good to some extent, is it?, the work she has done on Cramer. I can imagine for sure her work is simply binned.
She does not know what the wonderful suite of Cramer is all about. it is a masterpiece.believe me.the core algorithms are from the Ph.D’s from world famous Oxford/Cambridge Universiities.
When I called the HR guy, he said I was not selected. I was surprised! Why, I asked him. he was biased by the lad(y)’s feedback of course, probably playing with his beard when I called him. that is the way it seems at Tech Mahindra! keep fingering
TechM.lick the of the manager and you will get 50% hike in your salary.
TO THE LAD(Y) WHO INTERVIEWED ME., understand where you are.for the sake of Cramer. it is a wonderful software in production at almost all of the telecom operators, giants like BT, T-Mobile, Vodafone and many many more.
To YOURSELF:.DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT TECH MAHINDRA in the first instance.it is a sht company.They should be ashamed of themselves about advertising so heavily on Telecom OSS. When they screw up Cramer projects, Saudi Arabia for example, forget about their other fields like enterprise application services.
NEVER EVER GO THERE EVEN IF YOU ARE STARVING FOR THE DAY’S BREAD. STRIVE FOR PERFECTION.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT WILL LEAD YOU THERE.
