When the Tecno Spark 5 Pro launched I was very impressed by all the specs that it offered, especially the massive battery. The new smartphone boasts of a big 5, 000mAh battery that claims to offer 17 hours of video playback, 115 hours of music, 13 hours of game play, 18 hours of web browsing, 31 hours of call time, and 480 hours of standby time. These are some very impressive figures and so far the phone hasnt failed to deliver. Also, the processor is pretty amazing so the functioning is all the more smooth and without major glitches. The Tecno Spark 5 is powered by the MediaTek Helio A25 chipset which is pretty great for an entry level smartphone and enables the device to function well for regular tasks and app usage. The device is also priced very fairly at Rs. 10, 499 for the single variant of 4GB RAM with 64GB inbuilt storage option.
It is also a very attractive looking phone and personally I couldnt easily choose between all the four colour options that it comes in, namely- Ice Jadeite, Spark Orange, Seabed Blue, and Cloud White. The smartphone also comes with a quad-camera setup with a 16MP primary sensor for the back along with a mounted fingerprint scanner.
This phone comes after its predecessor the Tecno Spark 5 which was launched in May and could be considered an upgrade for the same. Some of the other features of the phone that I loved are its 6.60-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. As for connectivity options, The Spark 5 Pro offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, GPS, and OTG support. The smartphone also supports face unlock which is an added plus.
