I would give this website a huge thumbs up for setting up something different and going out of the way. internationally there are lot of websites, but in India very few exists, Tectotron definitely is one of them and has huge potential. The customer service and delivery were good. ordered earphones and was satisfied with quality. The website is very new and may take time for the first time but is way different from all the eCommerce sites which are same and boring.
