My name is Sachin Kumar B and I am a customer of Royal Enfield for the last 4 years, this is my 2nd RE Classic 350 vehicle and I am extremely disappointed with your after sales service.
Before I narrate, below are few of my credentials

Service Station where my vehicle is getting serviced: Teknik Motors, Sarjapura Road, Bangalore
Date when the vehicle was serviced: 12th October 2017
Reason for Service: Front and Rear Mudguard Paint, met with a fall
I had given my vehicle for a small repair work at Tekinik Motors, I met with a fall due to which the Front and Rear mud guard resulted in a scratch for which I approached your service center and handed over the vehicle to get the issue fixed, they a greed to give my vehicle in 2 days and it is been 9 days and yet to get my vehicle, I got to know that they have not given the vehicle parts for painting for the 1st few days, later they have not done a follow up with the Painter for getting this fixed.
I am visiting the service center folks everyday and they are not even bothered, they play blame game within their team and surprisingly no one is ready to take the ownership.
Now again they have taken 2 days time to fix the repair and I am not sure if I will get my vehicle on Monday.
I am incurring the rick charges of INR 400 for my office to and fro everyday due to your delay and negligence, I would request you to compensate INR 3200 for the last 8 days which I have spent because of you guys.
