I recently purchased TB from this hopeless dealer at Indiranagar after long struggle of 1 year. Spent most on my telephone charges calling them every alternate day, response would be - ’we will confirm next week sir’.
I paid the full amount by cash except for registration as they were charging Rs.2000 more and thought of doing it myself. They called me after 3 days to get the delivery.
WONDERFUL RESPONSE. There were no one to care, everyone (sales people) acting as if they were really busy walking in and out of showroom. I went and asked few people and finally they asked me to sit for some time. They gave me the receipts/invoice.
I saw that they have collected Rs. 1000 more asked everybody did not get proper response, nobody cared. Finally went and spoke to the owner (OLD guy who do not have sense and thinks that he is running a country). Sat there almost for 1 hour that OLD guy was speaking some non-sense and said that Rs.1000 is RTO charges. I asked for the bills. He said that is BRIBE.
WTF who will believe that for every bike he pays 1000 Rs bribe and how can he tell that is bribe and will be part of on road price. Superb Teknik!
I sat there almost for 1 more hour that OLD guy left and I was shouting there but nobody cared. Looks like they are used to it. I thought to myself that why the hell did I come to this dealer for booking and I am a big IDIOT shouting alone like a mad guy with nobody listening to me and just came out.
Hope you are not a IDIOT to visit this dealer.
