PRE-SALE: If you show them the money, you get the bike early or if you know somebody higher up the food chain, My original wait time was 6 months but it kept getting extended, officially because of the large demand but I have seen inside the showroom people booking and getting the bike in a weeks time. I eventually got it after 15 months despite paying full cash on delivery.
SERVICE:The worst customer service possible can be obtained from TEKNIK MOTORS, INDIRANAGAR. Extremely unprofessional, they treat you like a DOG when its a free service. When I gave the bike for the first service, I was told that the bike will be delivered after 5 hrs but then I leave the place and get a call in 15 mins that its been done!( am not sure what was done but they make sure they charge you heavy for the oil and filet even during the free service) the second time to avoid this.
I called the previous day and book an appointment for 11AM, and arrived at 10.35AM and was denied service because it was booked full. My question was why was I told to get my bike the next day if you thought the slots would be booked and why have a certified service center when you cant take bookings.
They arent even polite when they talk to you and call you a liar saying you may have called a a week back and not yesterday which made no sense at all. its about time Royal Enfield reviewed Teknik Motors, Indiranagar and their franchisee though I doubt this happening cos of their clout and influence.Absolutely Pathetic service. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.
