We were impressed by nicer dicer , a product of telebrand and called the customer care for ordering the product.
The Executive on other side told us about another product called Air lounge(Sofa cum Bed) and asked us to check the product on Telebrands Site. We did so and were ok with that product so we ordered that too. But after 12 days , when the product delivered to us, we were all shocked to see the part of the product Air Lounge)
We were given only the bed of it ...which is a part of that SOFA CUM BED, and we could easily make it out.. Then we decided to call Cuts. Care but the response was WORST. Our conversation led into arguement with an Cust Care Executive who was very very bad in dealing the customer..they think they are the god...
We asked for the product they said it is bed only...there is no sofa cum bed..you have ordered only bed which is an another product... then we asked for return the product , that was also not allowed..as the executive told us you cant return the product..I was all surprised as there is clearly mention on TELEBRAND website " The Return policy"
Which has written" WE WILL GLADLY RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHIN 15 DAYS " When we asked same to the executive his rply was " you cant return it and this is the final decision" Glad to know that ExECUTIVES DO THE FINAL DECISIONS :) Well , my call was disconnected by the person and they even blocked my mobile no.
Then I called them from another no., the girl named Prabha picked up and she said we cannot refund it..and it is not the same product..you have provided an another product.. I aksed her to tell me the product name and ID so that I can see it on the site of Telebrand, she was all quite as she was not having any such ID and Product name coz hte product was noyt different , it was same "SOFA CUM BED".
I drafted the mail to Customer support ID as mentioned on teh website but there is no action taken against my complain till now...I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED
So dear friends, You can see that HOW THESE PEOPLE CHEAT US and once they sale their product they wont even care to attend you for the given product. Also the executives are totally untrained.. They dont attend the customer properly and they also misbehaves. My experience with TELEBRAND and its so called cust helpline Executives is very very bad....
