We had ordered a portable sewing machine through telebrandsindia.com.
First of all, it took them 20 days to deliver the product.
Secondly, we were to get a set of 100 different coloured thread rolls free along with the sewing machine, but what we got was 4 differnt coloured threads entangled with one another. Also, the machine didn’t work smoothly at all. It got stuck several times.
The foot pedal that came along with it didn’t work. when we called their customer care, we had to hold for several minutes in order to file our complaint so that we could ask for an exchange.
