Hello! I am radhika thakkar and I am using telenor Operator since last 5 years. I am satisfy with this calling skims. The calling rates or the calling skims provided by this operator is really great but the main poor part of this operator is it’s network.
It has a many signals problem if we are trying it in travelling or in some small village then the telenor signals are totally unavailable. Only because of the this reason the telenor operator is not efficient for users.
Also the other bad point about it is it’s customer services. The customer service provided by this operator is so worst no one can listen our problem. I am using prepaid card. once I had recharge in my card and I don’t got it then I had called on the telenor customer care then it gives really bad response.
Also the internet speed is not so good in this operator. I have use another card for the internet service. If you want a card that has good calling skims or low calling rates then you buy it otherwise it’s not good in use.
