Once I was the customer of Telenor Network and I had a good experience about the network. Any how I love that network because whenever I was at home, there is not network coverage. Sometime people easily found me at home because of unreachable network, or else rest time I feel great pleasure with my entire family. If I have any urgent calls they will contact me on Whats App and all other social network sites. Even the Telenor network they knew problem why they are not solving, May be they also enjoying with the customer or they have enough customer. At last I was the user of Pre-paid what about the postpaid customer and how they are surviving.
I don’t want to be a postpaid user because every time they have to take care of their billing dates to avoid disconnect. Even to avoid the customer care call center, for reminder of billing dates and such other offers. I feel uncomfortable when ever receive a call from call center. Most of the call center call receive when we are busy and forget to ring off, meeting mode and flight mode. That why I am avoiding postpaid service not for this Telenor Network, all others telecommunication networks.
