I wanted to port from telenor to reliance so I sent msg on 1900. After getting UPC one of telenor customer care executive called me from landline no.+912656130400 and requested me to not to leave telenor. He told me that telenor is giving you special offer and you need to recharge with rupees 30, against which you will get 39 rupees talk time and all India calling at 25 paisa per minute for 1 month. I trusted his words and recharged with rupees 30. But I didn’t get any benefit of reduced call rates. And I got only 23 rupees talktime. When I called customer care about this Mr. Aaqik ensured me that my benefit will be activated very soon but it was not. Then again I called Cust care but this time Mr. Salman refused me to help and given excuse that he can do nothing. Really this is worst and I no longer wish to be a customer of telenor. Be aware of such fake offers.
