I have been using their service since 1 year now. I converted my idea number to uninor. Mainly for gprs.
In the beginning it was fine.
But gradually it went down and down. Then I left it.
Recently I tried again by recharging the 97 plan. But till now I m unable to use the services. No network at all.
I now would categorize it no bad but worst.
And they r charging for the customer care calling.
