I have buy this uninor number as they r providing low cost call rates, but in fact it turn out to be a nightmare for me when started using uninor service.
1) My balance was deducted for using some service they named’ Uninor service" . So I call 198 in order to complain but the call center executive is talking in attitude n says " u will not get ur balance back" .
2) That was not enough. after 1 day another service was activated and I got a message u have charged Rs. 7 for VAS.
and now when I tried to call 198(which is a complain center) my call is disconnected.
Uninor gives cheap call rates BUT deducts your balance by such cheap tricks and you can’t even complain to them.
