I recharged with 100 rs last night and today morning i got an sms saying that my live astrology subscription has been renewed and 30rs was cut from my balance! And i have never ever subscribed to such a service! Such thieves they are!
I called up customer care number of times but none o them can speak english and said they can’t help me! This has happened to me with my aircel connection but after i called up customer care they returned my balance to me.
