VAS packs got activated

Many issues:


1) Calling 198 to raise complaints never helps.as the phone gets disconnected while transferring to Cust care executive, or it just doesn’t transfer to them. Happened 6 times.


2) The cust care exec (in case if they are connected to) are unable to understand the problem, or simply choose to not to listen to what I say and transfer me to some other line of 777


3) the MAIN problem- FOUR times, various VAS got activated on my phone. Inspite of dialling 777 and getting them cancelled, they get reactivated secretly


4) My balance had reduced from rs.255 to Rs.174 due to various Sizzlers/Bollywood packs etc (around this month only & July)


Emailing on care@uninor, I get no reply back. Neither the twitter helpline @uninor bothers to reply back. I am sure Uninor is shutting down soon because they don’t care about existing customers.
