I use this mobile operator for 6 months but I faced many problems regarding this.
The network problem is the main problem of this mobile operator. You can not found the telenor network everywhere .
I cannot found the network even at my home which is in village. It was very hard time for me to use telenor.
I wanted to consult the customer service abou the network problem issue but the network shows only Emergency call only.
After moving here and there I found the network very hardly and I consult the customer service about the network issue but they did not told anything to me that hw can I free from this issue. I mailed the customer service but they didn’t helped me so much. There customer service is not good.
The charges of the calling and messaging is very high and the speed of the net is very slow. You cannot enjoy the calling and browsing with high speed using this mobile network because of network problem. I am not happy with it and I donot recommended you to use this mobile network and waste your money and time both.
