Poor Service at Telenor Store

They say in business, service to customer is service to god. I am so very surprised to experience the way customers are treated in the Telenor store.


I went to apply for a new sim to Telenor store, Sikh village. I have submit all the required documents, photo, and money for the new sim. The Telenor representative told me to wait for 4 hours and then use the sim.


I did wait till 8 hours but couldn’t see network. I went back to the store and informed the same. The representative asked to re-submit proofs and I.D in order to active. I again ran home, bought all that is needed and submitted. Still no network.


For some or the other reason I had to visit the Telenor store thrice, call the representative more than 10 times, wait for 72 hours in order to just get the network on the sim I have taken.


Hugely disappointed with Telenor store service and also the Telenor mobile operators who are actually responsible to take care of customer satisfaction.
