Third class Mobile service & Worst Customer care

I am have Uninor Prepaid connection (08383020677) with 1.2 paise per second plan for National\Local calls. Network coverage and call rates are at par with other operators based in Mumbai but they are pathetic when it comes to customer service department.


They are very argumentative rather than polite and supportive. Today when I called to one of my capgemini colleague based in Hyderabad I have spoken with her for 302 seconds so my call charges should be Rs. 3.62 They have deducted Rs.9.00. When I have dialed 198 Uninor Customer care number and I told her about wrong charges initially she told me your sim is new and you need to recharge it with special call rate card. When I told her that I have purchased it in June 2012 and since than 1.2 paise per second plan for National\Local calls. Then she agreed upon logging complain after long arguments. However when I asked her to give me complaint number she refused to give me and told me you will get SMS and rudely disconnected my phone.


Upon not receiving any complain no when I call again to 198 uninor grievance....another rude staff member gave me an excuse that you are using loop network so your Hyderabad call get charge 1.5 Rs per minute.when I told him I am calling from Mumbai using Uninor network he disconnected call.


When I tried calling them again I could not reach to their so called grievance department. I like to request my friends not to go for Uninor.


In case any Uninor official reading this please note that I have called to your grievance department on 8th Sept 2012 morning 10.48 am (first call who attain by lady of Marathi dept) and 10.53 am(Second call attain by Man of Marathi dept).
