Money eating company

I got a 340 rs bonus card recharge done from the official website of uninor and also got an sms that my account has been recharged , but it was not credited to my account.when i called up the customer care first the answer was the network is down so pls call after 5 hrs, , when i called after 5 hrs there was one executive who told me that the amount will take 48 hrs to 5 days to reflect.


I said ok but atleast give me a complaint number for future reference he said the complaint cannot be registered because its normal for such a thing to happen and if it does not get credited in 2 days then i have the right to complain.when i argued as to why should i have to wait for 2 -5 days for the credit if my account has already been debited with the amount and as to how they can expect the customer to not use the phone till that period he very rudely said that he is unable to repeat the same thing again and simply disconnected the phone, it is so rude. After that they simply barred my phone and I called not make calls to 198. When i called up using my wife’s uninor, I called easily connect to 198.


I complained abput the rude attitude of the previous executive and my recharge to the new executive and demanded that he should register a complaint and give me a complain number or make me speak to a senior executive which he agreed and suddenly the phone disconnected. I was shocked when i tried again this number also could not reach 198. I wasted so much time on the phone and they didn’t even care to register a complaint..
