Music Unlimited activated and charged my account

I have a Uninor Numbers 9060392483 which is getting charged for unlimited Music service which I have never activated from my end. For this service I have been charged Rs.40 every month. I was not aware that the charges I was incurring was to be repeated on a monthly basis.


On 6th July, 2011 when I recharge my mobile phone 40 rupees got deducted from my account. I called up the customer service and ask for a refund as I was not the one who activated the service. Uninor customer service agreed to the fact that it is not me who has activated the service but they were not ready to refund the money. When I said I wanted to speak to the supervisor the first person hung up the call. I called the customer service again and and agent name Ashwini picked up the call and she was the one who gave me the direction to Deactivate the service. However, she was not ready to refund the money. I ask to speak to the supervisor again and she promptly transferred me to the a person call Hakim.


Hakim was awful, all he know to say is "No I cannot refund the money". He kept on repeating the same sentence as if it was a recording being played to me again and again. I have had a really BAD experience with Uninor customer service.


I will have to think twice to use any Uninor service in the future. For sure, I will never recommend Uninor Service to anyone. If there is anyone who can do something to bring this company to books please do something about this. Because, I am sure I am not the only person who is having this problem.
