Telenor is a old network operator of India.but still if you go some urban areas thn you can’t find telenor network.so the network connectivity the telenoris not so god.the Internet connectivity is very poor, you will not a find Internet speed above 50kbps so its better to use different company’s network at-lest they will give good network strength as compared to telenor.the call drop problem is really very hesitating.sometimes while sending a text message they deducted the balance but message is not delivered to the persone.the customer care is not so good, they are not supportive at all.they don’t not solve your quaries but they always msg and call about to active new plans.charges are too high as compared to the mobile operator.so finally I have decide to change my operator for better connectivity.
