Hi everyone want to share like I worked for 3months in this company the first full month was training later they shift us to production hall full firing of calls.they provide very less salary but work pressure too high in production when we start taking calls even single minutes we wont get time continuously calls.and moreover we have to work for nine hours in a day with a one hour break oh my God.
Anyone cannot handle this much pressure anymore later one day was not well so called and asked for a leave team leader of my team said me that I wont get leave at least have to work for four hours. I said directly that I cannot come at all. He disconnected call and next day I went to office he said no further leaves at all that month I said ok and proceeded later he started giving more work and no leaves no excuses for small mistakes start shouting on team.i used to feel too pressure and work environment I didnt like. We cant get any growth in this company. And moreover they handle Sbi bank calls. Huge numbers of calls even 25% of solutions also customers wont get because of lack of knowledge in same field I feel it take a minimum of two months to understand and to explain of those bank related customers queries but no complete knowledge of some customers of Sbi.
