I went in teleperformace"s Agra uttarpradesh office with an experience of Customer service assocaiate...10 days ago asked for interview but i cant them because of my age 38.. Seriously.. No skills matter no experience.. But age matters.... This is ridiculas... Only on age basis?? If i am not able to do a job only on age basis... So all employee director and all are working there are with the age of 30? Seriously??? Shame
