The whole mansoravar team is involved in Fraudulent Services
The event starts from
1.) Unable to sort the candidates who are for the TECHNICAL SUPPORT or CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I applied for technical support, but given technical support, after efforts I got to be in Technical part.
2.) No Welcome Letter Provided to me, until & unless I forcibly asked for that so.
3.) The HR at Mansarovar office in Rajasthan, Aakriti Sharma along with Gajendra Joshi, Ashish Jasuja, and Inderjeet are involved in this fraud., They generate the offer letter and don’t pick the call, suddenly you get a background verification message .
Two Teams - Address Verification - Aupertz Team - NoProfessionalism, sent a whatsapp message, and asking for the PROPERTY PAPERS.Picture of Property is OK, but PAPERS TO JUSTIFY THAT I AM STAYING INTO THAT ADDRESS IS CRIMINAL OFFENCE. I provided the Aadhar Card, I tried calling them Multiple times, but they hung up the call, no response, if you are professional team atleast send a proper mail for that. but all they do is fraudery .
On one hand My HR Aakriti Told me that even any neighbour can do the verification, and on the other hand the BGV Team Aupertz is asking for the property papers for proof of residence.
EVEN ON TELLING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES THAT MY FATHER IS WORKING OUTSIDE, and MOTHER IS NOT TECH FRIENDLY, they did this.
YOU CAN ASK THE POLICE TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS, but Asking for the property papers is a big question over teleperformance.
4.) Mr Ganjendra Joshi has outrightly denied the government record of my deed poll / sworn affidavit.
(This affidavit is not a rent agreement, it has my marksheet details)
They said it is not correct.
They ask me to contact , some NOTARY, and forcibly ask me to create new notarized document, charge me 250 rs, , the name of the notary is VISHWANATH MISHRA, his protege "Shubham" has asked for the money as if hr aakriti knows him personally and was confident that he provide documents to the people who came to do job in teleperformance. They didn’t sent me any mail for the same, so no professionalism, and by professionalism, I mean documented,
(I HAVE THE AUDIO RECORDED, MONEY TRANSACTION RECEIPT, AS WELL AS NOTARIZED DOCS).
Mr Gajendra Joshi, is full of garbage, I asked him to confirm me that I have shared the documents, can you please confirm but he KEEPS ON SAYING, "OK SIR, YES SIR, OK SIR, YES SIR" and hung up the call.

Mr, ASHISH JASUJA, is not even bothered picking up the call.
The last call is left to Mr Inderjeet, I thought he was monitoring with the close loop, BUt he seems to be very busy.
Whole staff sits in a room where I believe hardly 10 employees claimed themselves to be HR of some or any processes
BUT none of them have the ability to control the 20 people sitting outside.
AAKRITI SHARMA(aakriti.xxxxxxx@teleperformancedibs.com) has arrogance issues, I tried calling her many time, she is too busy, as seems like she she is sole working person of the company,
She has the time to put whatsapp status, but not to atesast reply properly
FALSE INFORMATION, MISCONDUCT.
Aakriti SHarma is the only point of contact for me to the tp office, I don’t have any other, so definitely in case of any problem I will be calling her.
I came through a consultancy in Indore, he tried calling Mr.Jasuja, and Mr. Inderjeet, but no response.
I HAVE LEFT MY PEACEFUL JOB TO JOIN TP; I THOUGHT I CAN DO SOMETHING BETTER, BUT WHO KNOWS THAT TELEPERFORMANCE HAS thIS UGLY FACE.
