I was in Teleperformance for around 1 year. It’s a nice place to work. Here’s my review:
Salary and Benefits: Salary is meagre. That’s why once you join it, you would feel like moving elsewhere.
Job Security: Job is almost secure unless they need you anymore due to their own internal reasons like over-staffing due to process moving out of the company.
Career Growth: Yes, as there are lots of processes, you have the opportunity to grow. When I was there, you could go a ladder up every 3 months - a quick path to next level - which is not everywhere.
Work Environment: It’s great.

Just that, it was a little difficult when I tried to resign. They asked me to wait for 45 days for a Relieving Letter which is a problem when you love to next job. I still managed to get it within 2-3 days.
