This is w.r.t. our Order ID XXXX, dated DD.MM.18.
The size of Bedsheet we have received is 216 × 84 cms, however, it should have been 224×244 according to mentioned size in the specifications/order.
Mentioned Specifications:
Bed Sheet Dimensions:224 x 244 cm
Pillow Cover Dimensions:43 x 68 cm
BlanketDimensions:215 x 220 cm
We ordered as per given size in the specifications, as our requirement that size only.
The order they dispatched is of no use to us.
We requested them to take it back and refund our full amount but they didn’t reply.
When I called up on there customer care, they were only passing the buck by doing call transfer and no response was given there also.
I highly recommend not to go for it.
They are cheaters and nthg else.
