I bought Televantage X2o 5 after I watched its demo.on TV in November 2011 and in May 2012 it is not working anymore. Customer service is not helpful as they have no one in West Bengal to repair it and as such I have to send it to Mumbai by courier...It is just funny.
I don’t know what to do with this product. I blame myself to invest Rs.10, 000 to buy it with my pension.I request for a good suggestion.
