aggressive and capable of committing a murder. Alette, a young Italian woman,


lovely and totally without conceit is an artist. These beautiful young women


are suspected of committing a series of horrifying murders.

central character of the book is Ashley Patterson, an introverted workaholic,


and her co-workers, Toni Prescott, an outgoing singer and dancer, and shy


artist Alette Peters and a policeman.

Alette generally maintain a friendship, with a calming influence, but Toni


dislikes Ashley and criticizes her harshly. All three women have issues with


their mothers.
