Indiatimes shopping is coming out with tremendeous advertisements regarding their unique offers and customer service and you know what they live upto their world!!! I have ordered on a product worth Rs.2000/- by a credit card. Though the payment has been immediately debited on my card’s status and after a lapse of more than 20 days they are not able to deliver the consignment to me and when I complained they tell me to first call THEIR COURIER GUY and then write a complaint to the indiatimes site.
After talking to Courier service, they’ve confirmed that the consignment has not been traceable and it might have lost in transit and we have advised the originator or otherwise the Shipper of the consignment in this case the times internet and been waiting for these disgusting indiatimes people to take their own leisurly time to do the needful. Its a total and 100% lethargic and casual in dealing with the customer after taking their payment.
I didn’t believe as a loyal customer of times of india group for a quite long years and wonder what happens at such a massive level in india and that too by "Times of india group, who are responsible to maintain the dignity of truth and straight news. I do hope they’ll see that these types of things doesn’t happen in future and will keep up their reputation.
