i biddid on an 1.5 window a/c under EMI mode and won it too(all win...there is enough stock)...anyways, after some 20 days ac was delivered by a distributor from Karnal.The ac was of ONIDA make .....till now everything looked fine.
The ac was sended without bill (whereas indiatimes claim to give full manufacturer warrenty on all stuffs), i called the distributor...he told me that the sale wasn’t between him and me ...it was between indiatimes and him...so, I shud ask a bill from indiatimes.From last 2 -3 months I m mailing them again and again ....and these fuc**S even dont bother to reply...
now, anybody plz tell me...which company will honour the warrenty without bill/invoice?
so, i suggest everyone to be careful while dealing with these people.They just want money ....that’s all....
Their Customer care people dont bother to help u in anyways...whether u send them 100 mails or call them 10 times a day.
Overall, it was very frustrating experience for me and I wont buy any stuff in future from them ...nor I will recommend anyone to do so...unless u want to harass urself.
