Indian movies have been the primary source of entertainment since long times and the new generations are giving up their best to foster the fact that in India, noone can beat the charisma of movies be it cricket or dramatic politics.
To put top 10 here is definitely not an easy task as there are so many good movies that everyone must have missed few movies of their type.
Still , this is how I put the things together :
- SATYA : ’Satya’ is a best commercial movie so far with flawless content of real cinema, art cinema , emotions and actions in a very good script handled by one of the best directors.This is probably the one complete movie.i would say there is nothing negative in this great movie.
2.ARTH : An underrated movie but a marvellous piece.THe best acing till date by Shabana azmi, Samita patel, kulbhushan kharbanda and rohini hatangri.Dialogues and music is great.
3.HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM:The best movie in modern cinema which discovered Aishwarya Rai as the best actress and Sanjay as the best director.The direction rules the movie.
4.WOH SAAT DIN : An intersting sensitive movie.Nice script and good actress.
5.COMPANY : The movie which makes u aware of the realities and again a good direction
6.MAINE PYAR KIYA : An innocent love story .The best modern love story
7.MUGHAL-E-AZAM : THe best classical love story
8.SHOLAY:Words cannot define this.All-in-all entertainment bonanza.I was watching this movie last week and I realized that almost every dialogue of this movie is so popular that u have to be impressed by the original architects.
9.DILWALE DULHANIA LE JAYENGE : SRK-Yash Chopra magic is a beautiful entertainment.Music rules and Kajol at her best.
10.DIL CHAHTA HAI : A new dimension in the indiam cinema. Has to be here.
