Guys, I can choose 10 best of some music director with some effort even though it is really hard. Examples like S.D, R.D, Shankar/Jkishan, C Ramchandra, Naushad & more but when it comes to the music director I like most it is just an impossible task for me.but I am going to make an effort. I know that the first 10 songs that I remember should be the best ones as they are the ones have more impact on me. Here are the 10 songs that I remember right now.
My parents just LOVE this director & maybe that is the biggest reason why I like this guy so much. He just appeals directly to the heart. The fact that O.P didn’t need Lata’s help to achieve this makes him even bigger!

ASHA ASHA ASHA ASHA! Larger than life. Har connecting pieces in this songs are something make me really calm no matter what the situation. This songs makes be bear Vishwajit!:) Asha B makes Asha P look better by her voice!
(2) Ye chand sa roshan chehera
O. P. Rafi & Shammi! The lyrics, Sadabahar actions of Shammi & magical voice of Rafi. Simple Chadhav-Utar of’Har subah kiran ki laali, hain rang tere galo ka.har sham ki chadar kaali.saya haintere balo ka.’ The shooting of this song is also a major strong point.
(3) Kajara Muhabbat wala.Ankhiyon main aisa daala.
DEBT.A very big debt of O.P for all his fans. Need we talk about this song? Almost every Indian knows this song.
This song(4) is a mistake. This song is from Usha Khanna. Will keep it though as it is TOOF GOOD!:)

Dil Deke Dekho:*
The initial taan of Rafi when Shammi tries to call the bypasser beauties, the initial song by Rafi, followed by change in Music from traditional to(then) western & start by Asha of Bade hain Dil ke kaale.Nasir Husain has used similar situation in’Pyar Ka Mausam’(Nisultana re pyar ka mausam aayaa).
(4) Aap yunhi agar humse milate rahe.dekhiye ek deen pyar ho jayega. Ek Musaphir Ek Hasina. A classical base song. Rafi/Asha again doing the trick. Picche pichche mere aap aati hain q.!
(5) Hamako Tumhare Ishq ne kya lya bana diya.(Ek Musaphir Ek Hasina)

(6) Balama Khuli Hawa main.Meheki hui phiza main.Dil chahata hain Mera behekana idhar udhar!
I don’t understand why this song is not as famous as other songs in this movie. The tune, the lyrics, Asha & the music between stanzas(as good as Pukarata chala hun main). I can’t remember if this song is at all there in the movie but it is there in the Audio cassette.
(7) Ankho Se uatari hain Dil main.!
Again’ASHA’ from 1 to 1000 increase by 0.000001. Jalatarng is used to perfection. Every time I hear this song, I remember each & every place where I stayed & listened to this song from my childhood! It is the perfect song is someone asks me all the places where I have stayed!:)
(8) Leke Pehela Pehela Pyar/Ankho hi Ankho main ishara/Kahi pe nigahe/Jata kahan hain deewane/Ay dil hain Mushkil
Choose whichever song you want. I mean these songs are’Swarg Se Sunder’ &’Amrutahunahi God’!:)
(9) Jaane Kaha mera jigar gaya jee.
Koi ulfat ki nazar jara fek de.lele do charane jigar mera fer de.& the debt of O.P goes on incresing.
(10) Ude jab jab julfe teri.!
Asha/Rafi, Dilip/Waijayanti make this a GREAT song. Specially Dilip Kumar has done GAZAB in this song. The benchmark performance by the great actor. Similarly Mang Ke Sath tumhara, Reshmi Salawar Kurta jalika.
