At first let me make it very clear that its my personal view and anyone can disagree with this.now let me start with n0 10........
10:- bipasha basu: does she look too good? is she really sexy?lets put these question aside but even then one have to admit that her acting capabilities are not at all praiseworthy.she made her fanfollowing just by showcasing her body.so, many people have her posters in their bathroom.you know for what.
9:- anu malik: yes, he is overrated for sure but we should not underrate his ability of stealing music.and his voice......................dont even want to talk about it. (remem ber ’dil bole karle pyar ’ in dewane huye pagal)
8:- himesh reshamiya (definitely not as a composer but as a singer):his voice is not at all great specially when you have sonu nigam, shaan, jal, kailash kher in hand. but I realy respect this man because he have not gotten his success out of fluck.
7:- johny lever: look at other comedians of the date -boman irani, rajpal yadav, arsad warsi. they are much better than johny. his acting is not very natural and sometimes he behaves like a jocker of circus.comedy just cant be created by facial gestures.
6:- mallika sherawat: ’’mallika I hate u, I hate u’’. all that I have said about bipasha basu is more significant for this ugly looking actress, mallika khullam_khulaa sherawat.
5:- hrithik roshan: yes, he dances well, looks good and also acts good.but after KNPH he has been unable to recreate that magic except ’koi mil gaya’.but he definitely have the potential.he have to be successful without his father’s guidance.sorry, but I am not very hopeful about ’krrish’.
4:- aishwarya rai: I admit she is absolutely beautiful . after all she was ms. world. but as far as acting is concerned she is really too much overrated. she grabs media attention by creating a new love story every year. this is the list :
1>salman khan
2>vivek oberoi
3>abhishek bachchan
lets see who is her next choice!!!
3:- karan johar: yes, he has produced hit films. but that is not his credit. his credit is to gather too many superstars in his films.all his films are based on backdated stories. but those secure storylines keeps his producer’s money safe but never shows bollywood a new direction. I am sure that his forthcoming film ’’kavi alvida na kehna’ will also be a hit , thanks to : srk’s fan+amitabh’s fan+abhishek’s fan+rani’s fan+pretty’s fan+backdated & secure family drama kind of story.
2:- all the awards>filmfare, national, iifa, stardust, zee & many others:- these awards are good for nothing and harming the bollywood film industry very much. read this indiafm article

The Annual Tamasha Is On!
It’s the Bollywood season again. That time of the year which starts the series of Filmi awards right from Screen, Sansui, Filmfare, Zee Cine, IIFA to name a few.
The guidelines for judging the excellence for each award vary from another. Screen has a complete jury based system while Filmfare is 50 percent votes (magazine readers and online voting mechanism) and 50 percent jury. Sansui and Zee are only viewers’ votes. And each one claims to be fair. But what do our audience’s and media think?
Coming to the nominations, every year we have atleast one controversy over a nominee who withdraws citing irregularities. This year we had Manoj Bajpai withdrawing his nomination from the Best Supporting Actor in the Screen Awards since he was not nominated in the Best actor category. JP Dutta also publicly withdrew LOC-Kargil from Screen.
We have Aamir Khan who does not attend awards because he feels all of them are biased. And to top it all, we have the ace filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who does not believe in the awards system at all. At the other end, we have Shahrukh Khan, who has the maximum Filmfare Awards in his kitty!
Some of the awards also create special categories to keep everybody happy. For example: Best Actor category and Most Outstanding Performance category. That way, you ensure that everybody is happy and smiling…at least in the front of the camera!
IndiaFM ran a poll to rate the credibility of the awards. A total of about 1.2 million respondents have given their verdict loud and clear. About 45% of the respondents felt that all the existing awards were arbitrary and unfair in some manner.
They think very poorly of the awards in terms of credibility. The maximum that any award could manage was Filmfare, which was judged fair by as low as 40% of the respondents. For all the others, it was pathetic. National awards are judged fair by only 15%. For the other awards, the less said the better, for their trust % was in single digits.
Our awards are all about money, honey. Be it the Manikchand Filmfare or Screen Videocon, Hero Honda Stardust or Pan Parag Zee Cine Awards. Every award has the sponsor paying for it in millions for airtime and association and the stars getting paid in lakhs for their performance. A Television channel is also associated with each award buying the telecast rights for the same thereby adding additional software to its library.
So basically the awards benefit everybody, the organiser who makes the moolah, the TV channel who gets software and sponsors for the event, the media who get an event to go ga-ga about, the print who gets stories to fill up the paper, and most of all the nominees, who get talked about and get the photo-ops and write-ups. And finally the winners, who get to make their thank you speeches. And the way the system works, each performer will win some or the other awards. And most of all, none of those involved speak out because all awards are controlled by some or the other media house. So nobody wants to enter in the bad books of any media house, for that would mean no publicity, which in effect is a hara-kiri, for what is a celebrity without publicity. ....................................................................................................................................................................................So it is win-win for everybody except the Bollywood fan, who is led up the garden path, year on after year. Our awards have become as real as the Bollywood movies themselves! It is a farce in which we all willingly participate!.........................

1:- shahrukh khan: and oscar goes to..............shahrukh ’’overrated’’ khan. no doubt he is the most overrated actor, sorry overactor in bollywood. from bazigar to veer zaraa he had done nothing but pure overacting. one should learn the art of overacting from him and an average indian audience really enjoy his onscreen caricatures. but unfortunately when he acted well in swades those audience could not accept good work from him because they dont want to see good work from srk , they just want caricature & overacting. so, swadesh was not a hit. srk is doing same kind of cinemas with same co-stars & same directors & even same production house.can anyone name a hit film of srk with a different kind of story without a popular director & producer & heroine???????? he is here just for his huge fanfollowing what he has made by his overacting.
