Beware of overpriced cheater sports shop - CHAK DE, Kundalahalli Gate. If you are planning to buy any sports item, please DO NOT go to CHAK DE, Kundalahalli Gate shop. He is a big time cheater with very bad customer service attitude.
I recently had very bad experience from him. I had 2 buy 2 lawn tennis racquets. One for myself and 1 for my son. Since we have been buying all things from him for quite sometime blindly (without bothering to check other sports shop rates), I simply went to his shop and purchased 2 racquets (Wilson Comp Six-One MRP. 3699 for me & Wilson US Open 25 MRP. 1699 for my son). He by default has 10% discount on most of the items and this was no different. To be more affirmative I took a couple of snaps to show him. I ended up paying 4900 to him for both these. I purchased these items on 16th Dec 2012. Today 20th Jan 2013, I simply went for groceries shopping to HyperCity & just like that visited sports section & I was shocked to see their rates. They were offering 20% straight on all Wilson racquets.
I went back to convey him this message & I was taken abacked by his unprofessional attitude. First he didn’t accept that it is possible. Then I showed him the pictures taken. He replied that please go and get the racquets that you bought from him. To solve the matter today only, I went back & got those racquets and showed him. Then he started making other stupid stories like there may be import date problem, different strings & at last he started saying that HyperCity must be giving this without cover. I didnt agree to any of these & then he raised his voice, started shouting and became very rude. He started asking the bill which he didn’t give himself saying you have to pay more if you want bill. To avoid more heat I decided to leave & thought to put this eye opened review of this bloody shop - CHAK DE Sports @ Kundalahalli Gate.
I would sincerely advise not to go to this cheater person’s shop. They not only have highly overpriced items but a very poor customer service attitude. There are chances that you may be cheated on overpriced items so BEWARE!! At the end I would say it’s not CHAK DE - Its synonym of F*CK DE!!
