I applied for Term insurance with HDFC having application number: GT00092500008. But I experienced a lot of harassment due to the lack management and arrangements at PAN Health Lab(assign for medical examination from HDFC) and poor co-ordination between HDFC and this lab.
As agreed or communicated by HDFC, I reach this lab on time(09:00 AM) today morning but unable to get this examination done.
Lab staff in this laboratory confirmed my schedule examination, but told that it is not guaranteed to conduct the test on schedule time as they have lots of customers schedule at same time.
Meanwhile, I have observed that they were not keeping any kind of queue or token system for these examinations and they were entertaining some people that were coming with insurance agents.
They kept me waiting for more than one hour without any information about my tests and when I re-confirm about my examination around 10:15 AM then person on the reception told me wait until they finish other customer whom they consider are more sensitive and can’t hold 12 hours fasting etc.
Then, I called up HDFC customer care center and they apologized for this treatment but told me to co-operate with them and wait as they don’t any other lab in the chandigarh region. And I also told them about poor infrastructure and management of Lab but they don’t have answers to my questions. Here I think they already know about the quality of services these labs are offering to the customers.
So, here I want to escalate the meaningless examination appointments arrange by HDFC, Poor and unhygienic infrastructure of these third party labs, endless wait for examinations due to miss-management of labs and finally lack of co-ordination between HDFC and labs and poor intentions to improve services for the customers.
I hope, this message will reach to some responsible person at HDFC and expecting some effective measures.
