Luckily after my H.S.C exams result, I got a chance to get admission in Terna Enginnering College on the merit basis, the College is situated in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
After passing out H.S.C exams, I was in search of getting admission in A grade college within Mumbai city & I rushed a lot to many different colleges with my friends & finally I got admitted in Terna Engg College. Initially I was afraid as Terna college is being counted in one of the best Engineering colleges in Mumbai as all the students who got admission here are highly qualified & brilliants but as time passes, I managed myself to adjust here. I made some very good & special friends and they are now the important part of my life.
Let me describe this college in my own ways.
Terna Engineering college is located in one of the best area in Navi Mumbai - Nerul & it is hardly 10-20 min far from the Nerul station(Hourbour Line), One can easily reach there by walk.
The infrastructure is quite impressive, it has a huge campus & big central ground inside the building.
All the equipment used for the practical in the labs are in good conditions & all the necessary peripherals are available also a descent library to study in the free time.
Though in spite of having so many facilities, Terna college is very strict in terms of academic attendance, you have to attend 75% or above lectures for each semester to be appeared in the exams.
Canteen is not much impressive but a bit costly, offers some unhygienic foods as well but the taste of Chinese items are somehow digestible.
The surrounding area provides us to hangout with friends for no reason.
Though Its been more than 2 years since I joint this college, its been a great experience so far for me. Also I read somewhere that Terna Engineering college is one of the top rated college by many big MNC’s companies & the placement ratio is very fair as compared to other colleges.
