First of all, I am amazingly shocked that no body has written about this hotel on Mouthsut, people should not write their frustration only on Tripadvisor, people should start writing on Mouthshut as well.
Let me start telling everyone about my horrible experience with this Hotel. We had a meeting in Surat, so we prebooked this hotel for 24 hours from Yatra. Only in pictures it was looking good but once we reached I didn’t find any difference between this & any other budget hotel. Only difference was Tex Palazzo has much higher price as compare to others. We reached very late & no body was on reception, we waited for 20 minutes, called people but didn’t find anyone to entertain. After 20 minutes a guy came in sleepy mode & asked us "Kya hai" . We told him about our booking & again he took 30 minutes to confirm & checking, which frustrated us a lot.
It was very late so there was no one to take our bags to rooms, we have done this our self & once we reach there we found that room was half cleaned or its look like some one left room in half cleaning. Anywayz, we somehow slept & in the morning we asked staff thrice to cleane the room & not sure when they cleaned. We went out for meeting & they cleaned our room. After terrirble experience, we never thought to order anything from the hotel We have taken lunch & dinner outside the hotel.
we had conducted one corporate event on 26th April 2015 and we had paid advance payment for the same. but somehow my Colleague forgot to collect the bills and it’s been more than two months i’m requesting Mr Atul(BQT Coordinator) to at least scanned the bill copy and send it to me but they are not doing it. finally I had conveyed my pain to Hotel GM(Mr Sanjay), he’s also said he will ask someone to do it by today and that commitment also could not fulfil and i’m still waiting for the bills to arrive.
I will recommend that no body should visit this hotel. Its a nightmare.
