I was travelling to Hanoi via BKK from New Delhi, when the Thai Staff at New Delhi’s Terminal 2 checked in my luggage and gave me the tag - TG181529 and told me that I will get my luggage at Hanoi but it never happened. I have logged a PIR report with the Lost & found department of Hanoi Airport.I was totally confused of what to do at Hanoi as I have no apparels and accessories to wear and attend my meetings.
So have to shell out about 10K INR in buying Chinese and Bangladeshi sub-standard stuffs at Hanoi and worst was getting cloths and shoes that fits my size in that dwarf land. So with lots of unnecessary efforts and expenses I was nearing my tour when the best thing happened. I got my broken & spoilt luggage received after a delay of more than 48 hours. The lock was broken, Documents folder with Forex (140 USD) missing along with my mobile phone (200USD) and shoes (75USD), and cost of the bag (50USD) as its damaged now.I was wondering how to take this forward to reach reconciliation.
