After such a tempting review on Thai cuisine, and me a Thai freak, how can I have my simple home food !!!!
I just want to rush off for my favorite Thai food !!!
Well, yes Thai cuisine is quite exotic, and HOT too !!!!!
Like most of the Asian cuisizine, Thai cuisine is based on spices, flavours and aroma.
I have been hooked to Thai, for about a couple years now.
Though, I am veggie, so may be I cant really relish some of those non veggie wonders of Thai cuisine.
But yeah, there are amazing vegetarian dishes in Thai cuisine too.
I love the vegetables in Thai Green Curry, its a some what hot, but not as hot as Red Curry.
Though, when I am in a mood to have something very hot, I do go in for Red Curry Vegetables.
Normally, I prefer steamed rice & Thai green curry vegetables.
Mmmmmm so lovely !!!!!
For non veggies like you , check out chicken in red or green curry, or prawns in green curry !!
This cusizine also has a yellow curry , which is somewhat like an Indian curry.
Have you ever tried one of their curries called Massaman, its goes very well with potatoes.
Yes, you must try out Tom Yum soup too , yummy !!!!!!!!!
Well, yes, Thai flat noodles, called Pad Thai is good too.
Pad Thai noodles comes in different thicknesses.
I have seen cooks using Thai Fish Sauce.
A good quality Thai fish sauce will always be out of anchovy fish, very liquid golden brown in colour and transparent.
One of the goods brands of Thai Fish sauce is ’’OYSTER’’ brand.
Though, the smell of this sauce is awful, but once they are used in a dish, the dish smells exotic !!!!
Well well, that’s how I feel, I haven’t tried it, well by now you know the reasons why.
Have you tried Thai Chili Sauce, they are HOT ! and tastes well.
Though, Thai cuisizine also uses a sweet chili sauce, but I prefer the hot variety.
Thai cuisizine also uses sauces like Oyster sauce, Plum sauce, Soy sauce, Black Bean sauce etc.
