I had been to Indira nagar branch of Thai Refresh Spa, I had a gift voucher from RedFM according to which I was eligible to take one of few massages or a retreat package. I opted for retreat package which includes Pedicure, Manicure and Facial. I took appointment in advance for 25th Dec 2015(Chritmas) and appointment was confirmed for 2 PM.
I reached there by 1:50 PM and the lady at reception told that the lady who performs Pedicure and Manicure is on leave for Christmas, which they could have told me when I took appointment. They asked me to take any other service like massage, I said its ok I will come after that lady comes back from leave. And they confirmed me that Lady who do Pedicure and Manicure will be available on 26th, so I took appointment for 26th at 2 PM. The lady’s name who was attending me was Rosy.
Pedicure and Manucure was ok, not that great, was only limited to nails not even palms were covered properly. Facial was the worst facial I had in my life, it got finished in 10 Mins(including applying and removing face pack). there was not massage scrubbing done for facial, steam was also not given and not even she removed blackheads. Face pack was removed just after 2 mins of applying it. I am not sure if for facial they dont do massage properly how they will do all other massages. Actual cost of retreat package was Rs. 1500+ tax. I had gift voucher so I didnt paid anything(thank god, can’t pay for such a bad service). Over all not worth for money
