I went with my husband through thomascook to Bangkok and Pattaya. The trip was awful the management was very very bad. I wish I would have not booked through thomascook. Worst experience ever. I will never ever book any trip by thomascook anymore. there was not even a single agent from thomascook either to receive at the airport or to give a guidance. Thomas Cook hires local people and they carry the trip forward. So if we have any concerns about anything there is no one to listen to us. There were so many mistakes in the itinerary is as well.
