I don’t understand why this restaurant is listed on Swiggy. Whenever you place the order , the app will always say ’food is being prepared’. When I asked Swiggy guy he told me there was delay from restaurant end.
If you can’t handle the order request why do you go on Swiggy. The chicken biryani which was delivered to me was too oily had only one chicken piece but they claim to provide 2/3 prices. Big scam in the broad daylight.
First improve your quality of food and treat your customers well if you want to do business.
When I had previously visited this restaurant, I had faced similar issue of late delivery. Also the ambience inside is not so great. Their ceiling fans don’t even work. The workers shows lot of attitude if asked to turn on the fan or delivery food quickly. I hate this resto due to the terrible experience I had faced in the past. This won’t matter them as thier location is in prime locality and they would get customers as usual. Please be careful don’t take your customers for granted. They will teach you a lesson.
