Well, I have been a comics buff, ever since I was a kiddie.One fine day , I happened to visit my dad’s friend’s place, where I was presented with a comic book the size of a magazine.It was TINTIN-The Castafiore Emerald.After reading that book, Tintin made a special place in my heart and mind.
I have read almost the entire series following one exciting adventure after another.
Though, I am 21 now, I always watch Tintin on Cartoon Network.
The Adventures of Tintin is a really supercool series created by Herge.The plot always revolves around, Tintin, the world famous snoopy reporter, who can smell trouble from a great distance.He is accompanied by his dog Snowie, Prof. Calculus, Capt.Haddock and the detective duo of Thomson & Thompson.Here are a few details about the characters:
TINTIN:He is a daredevil snoopy little reporter.He has the heart and the guts to make justice prevail and help people in trouble.
SNOWIE:Tintin’s loyal dog.Always there when he needs him.
PROF. CALCULUS:This absent minded professor has to be seen to be believed!!!
CAPT. HADDOCK:This whisky loving lionheart always helps Tintin in the most extreme of his adventures.
THOMSON & THOMPSON:This detective duo from Scotland Yard gets into more troublle than they can solve.
