The hotel is in close proximity to MG road, that is the only positive thing about this hotel.They say they are a 4 star hotel but the service standard is remnicent of a Guest house.My overall expierience at the hotel was horiffic to say the least.In the course of my stay of 24 hrs I had to change the room 3 times as the for the fourth time I was too tired to try another room, since it was almost midnight.The reason for this marathon was the constant hammering on the floor above and airconditioning in the rooms was non existent and the temp outside was 40’ c. And to top it off their response was ’thats the best we can do’.you can change the hotel if u want.Talk about hospitality industry.
At rs 5000/night although they call themseves a 4 star hotel their service reminds one of Guest houses.Whatever they say they are absoluetly not fit for a business traveller.
