The Beatles Ashram aka Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram exists today as a tourist attraction spot adjoining the Rajaji National Park in Rishikesh on the Western bank of the Ganga. Famous for its legacy as the Ashram where The Beatles came and learnt meditation, the Ashram today looks like a village of a bygone era. Its Beatles connection though still catches attention. I’’ve visited this Ashram many times and the environment out there is very powerful, like there’’s a sort of aura of its own that simply reinvigorates the soul. A must visit in Rishikesh.
