They are worse. Bad machines, Cheap staff, ’0’ customer care or support. They are just to make fool. They do nothing. Just force you to reduce your diet. If you don’t. You won’t lose weight and they stop your sessions.
And they have a trick to show your Weight reducing. Every time after session they ask you to use toilet:) smart way. And note down your weight. If next time your weight increases they will deny giving you sessions.
When I refused to go to toilet, there was no change in my Weight. Then they started entering wrong Weight in their records. I complained many times but they didn’t care and stopped giving sessions to me.
I visited their Head Office for 4 months. Their receptionist keep changing every month No one else there to listen. There are two ladies Divya and Monika, they are responsible to take care of customer issues. But you will never find them in office. No direct phone number. No extension, No corporate email ID.
Every time I Within a month their receptionist got changes and I went to their head office. Receptionist noted down my complain.
When you go for joining first they ask you for money then give you bill. And in bill it’s written "Amount is not refundable".
Complete loss of money and time. If really want to reduce Weight just control your diet. Its same as joining Body Care
