I bought a package wort Rs 4000 at Body Care and ended up losing all my money. These guys(esp. the Model Town, New Delhi center) are a bunch of thugs. They donot understand the’C’ of customer servcie and are onlt interested in minting money. The first time I went for my hair spa, I was shocked to see that they do not use original loreal hair spa produts. After washing my hair with "Body Care" shampoo and charging me for it, they used some fake loreal hair spa products. I have got hair spa done from the best salons in delhi several times and I recognize the smell of original loreal hair spa products. the hairdresseer Abdul did a shabby job of my hair. He seems like an untrained assitant who’s been asked to take over the role of a lead hair stylist. When I asked the center manager to show me the prodcuts they had used on my hair, she refused on the pretext that it is against their company policies to show products to clients! I I had to return back home with frizzy, limp and slmost shredding hair.
whn I returned to the parlour a week after, to meet the center manager, Payal, the expereince was equally bad. SHe is rude, aggressive and umempathetic. She asked me to sit for a trial of the hair spa once again, but after seeing her behavior and attitude, I decided not to take chances with my hair. The trust factor wwas lost and she did not do anything to re-instate it. I have forsaken the money I paid and will never return to the obnoxious parlour cum slimming center.
