I came to know about your weight loose program, through your advertisement on the last page in newspaper named, ‘Nav Bharat Times’, dated 5th Aug, 2013 on last page. It was mentioned some Laser treatment and other weight lose program to help loosing many Kilo-Grams in just few weeks. I visited Rajori Garden Branch (New building) to collect more information about the above mentioned program. There executives educated about me how your team helps with help of scientific machines.
I decided to join for only 1 KG, for experimental basis.(Thank God.. only 1 KG). The cost of the program was 599.00 INR + 12.5% service tax which turned into 673.00 INR (Six hundred seventy three rupees only) in total.
All was ok till here and I gave them my ICICI bank Debit card to get it swipped for the above mentioned amount i.e. 673.00 INR (Six hundred seventy three rupees only) in total. The situation started to be worst by this moment:
1) One man put my card in his shirt’s pocket and another one asked, “How much amount need to be charged?”, counter girl handed over a small paper slip and wrote the amount of 673/- on it.
2) They asked my to tell me PIN, I declined to share my PIN and told them my card does not need it. Still they forced me to tell my PIN. I mentioned, I can not tell my PIN, however I’ll go with the person to feed the PIN by my own. (however, PIN was not asked by machine, as I said).
3) One who had the card, he started moving inside the building and the one who did not have my card, heading to leave to get it swipped by machine. I raised my objection with the question, “where is my card and how will do it if you don’t have my card?”. The other man smiled and handed over the card to the right person, who was going to swipe it. (It made me worried and became me more conscious about my money).
4) I went to old office with the person to pay and there was another girl on reception. This person told the wrong amount her, which was ten times more then actual amount. (Six thousand seven hundred thirty one rupees). The girl feed the amount quickly and deducted from my amount. I raised my objection, this is wrong amount and actually more than I had to pay.
The counter girl, responded in a very iced voice, it is not my mistake or concern. I simply feed the amount which was told by the other person. (it was my money, why any one else was going to be bothered ?)
5) I was informed that I’ll get the refund.
6) I came back to main (new) office and whole matter was discussed with the staff.
7) The reception girl did not said ‘sorry’ and responded in very cold words that “it ok, you start your 1 KG sitting and later when you will go for further we’ll adjust your amount their." Is it such kind of blackmail that I would have to join a Six thousand program later and it is mandatory for me.
8) Till here I became very frustrated and I requested to return all my money and I don’t feel comfortable to adopt even 1 KG program.
Outcome:
1) They denied to retune the whole amount.
2) They returned only Six thousand sixty rupees only and kept six hundred seventy rupees.
3) I mentioned, I WILL NOT adopt any course or program of body care specially in Rajori Garden branch. I want my money back. I can think of another branch if I get my money back.
4) They mentioned we will not return your six hundred seventy rupee, weather you stay with Body Care of not.
Worst Part:
1) I wrote a confirmation by my own on a paper that I received six thousand sixty rupee, however it should be written by them.
2) I requested a Xerox of this confirmation, in return of my six hundred rupees, which they kept, they denied.
3) They engaged my almost 2 hrs i.e. 120 minutes. I went the at 6:30 pm and left the office at 8:30 pm. None of them was interested to settle the case and allow me to leave.
4) The Counter girl (receptionist) was more engaged with her phone calls and was more in discussing about real estate properties and its rates. I am not sure if she was broker or receptionist of Body Care.
5) They gave my User clip of deducted amount after many requests, however user copy is my right, weather the amount is wrong or correct.
6) I PAID six hundred seventy rupees.
a. I did not get any receipt from Body care.
b. I did not adopt any course pr program.
c. I lost my money because of Body Care staff used to commit such mistakes.
I am in total loss and planning to go to Court for this fraud.
